ULI Members Provide Guidance for City of Indianapolis and PLAN 2020

ULI Indiana has been asked to provide assistance to the City of Indianapolis as they work to update their Comprehensive Plan, an effort called PLAN 2020.  The first step was a set of two focus groups held with ULI Members on April 15 and 16.  Learn more about this and our other community projects at Outreach.   Thanks to those members who were able to participate!

Ball State Indianapolis Center Offers Graduate Real Estate Development Certificate

The Ball State Indianapolis Center at 50 S. Meridian Street will offer a full curriculum to complete the Graduate Real Estate Development Certificate program, beginning with two courses this summer:  First Summer Session, May 12 – June 13 – PLAN 585: Introduction to Community Development & Enterprise Planning Second Summer Session, June 16 – July 18 –  PLAN 586: Methods of Public Interest Development  Both courses meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 – 9:15pm.  The remainder of the 15 credit hour course of study will be offered during the regular academic … Read More

City-County Building Plaza Design Competition

The Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority has announced a City-County Building Plaza Design Competition.  See full information below. DESCRIPTION: This competition is seeking a final conceptual design that would be implemented on an existing 1.94 acre open space on the City-County Building property also known as the City-County Building Plaza (CCB Plaza).
