Fall Meeting Scholarships from the Women’s Leadership Initiative

ULI has announced the opening of this year’s WLI scholarship program. Central State to Central Greens

On Thursday July 24 the ULI Indiana Breakfast Series featured a trifecta of speakers to describe the redevelopment of the old Central State Hospital site, just west of downtown Indianapolis, into the Central Greens urban village. Derek Naber, Senior Project Manager with the City of Indianapolis, began by describing the history of the site and its reincarnation. Creative teams sought for Irvington redevelopment

The Irvington Development Organization is seeking creative, capable teams  with interest in redeveloping the former Historic Post Office site at the corner of Ritter and E.
