Potential New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) Projects Pipeline

The City of Indianapolis is seeking potential projects to be included in its application for New Markets Tax Credits.  In order to develop the best application, they have asked ULI Indiana to help them identify the sponsors of potential projects by distributing this cover letter and pre-application intake form. Town of Cumberland RFI

The Town of Cumberland has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to determine interest in an adaptive reuse for the 100-year-old church on German Church Road and East Washington Street.  The Town’s goal with the RFI is to find a partner or private developer with innovative ideas for an adaptive reuse strategy for this project.  The town’s economic development strategy seeks to create a unique village commercial center on East Washington Street, and that the town and state have invested nearly $20 million in infrastructure improvements along the corridor including … Read More
