What are the best bets for real estate in 2009? Answers to this question and more can be found at ULI Indiana’s premier programming event of the year: Emerging Trends 2009.

ULI Indiana welcomes Chuck DiRocco, Managing Director of Industry Trends & Analysis at the Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C., as he presents results from this year’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate® trends and forecast publication. The report, undertaken jointly by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, has a 30-year history, and is the most highly-regarded and widely-read forecast report in the real estate industry.

Following Chuck’s presentation about the national scene, ULI Indiana will reveal results from their inaugural publication of the Real Estate Trends in Indiana Report. This compilation and analysis of data specific to Central Indiana provides answers to similar questions, only at the local level.

After the presentations, a discussion forum will be facilitated by Chuck and three local industry expert panelists. A social/networking reception will conclude the evening.

Ticket prices include: Admission, Hors d’ oeuvres, 2 Drink Tickets, a copy of the ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Report, and a copy of the Real Estate Trends in Indiana Report.

Pricing:
ULI Members (Private & Public) = $50
Non-Members (Private) = $75
Non-Members (Public)= $50
ULI Student Members = $35
Student Non-Members = $50
