Update – Rose Center Panel to Visit Indianapolis February 25-28
As one of four cities to be granted a fellowship from ULI’s Rose Center for Public Leadership for 2014 (along with Honolulu, Portland and Memphis), Indianapolis will be visited this month by a study panel from the Center. Mayor Greg Ballard has asked the Center to advise the city on how to put the Massachusetts Avenue/Brookside Industrial Corridor – about 300 acres of vacant and occupied industrial, commercial, and residential buildings – back to productive use with a focus on job creation.
