Zach Churney serves as the Economic and Community Development Liaison for MIBOR REALTOR® Association. His primary goal is to assist and collaborate with organizations whose aim is to strengthen the economy of central Indiana. Among the issues he works on is placemaking, economic development, neighborhood vitality, local residential investment, talent attraction and regional marketability. “In today’s economy, people are choosing their places based off various criteria,” Zach says. “Why not make central Indiana a place in which people choose to live and businesses choose to invest?”
