KSMC’s new space is a vanguard of evolving work environments and a destination to usher their clients into the creative process. Through a highly empathic design process, a variety of spaces emerged that embrace the diversity of employee preferences. In a project-based work environment, the design empowers employees to nuance their spaces. Symbolic of KSMC’s work taking clients from the complex to their own “true-north,” DELV created a flexible workshop space positioned–and subsequently dubbed–Due North. It’s the destination clients will remember where they became a part of the action, not just a recipient of a deliverable. Learn more about the project.
Natalie served as the executive project manager for KSMC111. With a deep understanding of how people, process, and technology can be leveraged to support business initiatives, the KSM Consulting team internalizes client challenges and takes an empathetic approach to solving them. Natalie develops strategic direction for KSM Consulting and leads projects to support operational excellence across functional business areas of the organization. The KSMC111 project allowed Natalie to combine her dedication to employee engagement and personal passion for interior design.
Cara, principal and lead architect for KSMC111, actively shapes human experiences through design. Drawn to the connection of innovation and the physical environment we live, play, and work in, she spends much of her time in the deciphering, wading through symptomatic issues to uncover the real pain culprits behind the problems. After nearly a decade in the design field, Cara teamed up with three partners in 2014 to co-found DELV Design, an architecture & interior design studio rooted in design thinking methodology.
