ULI Indiana is pleased to bring ULI’s UrbanPlan program to Indiana. Our first workshop will be held on Friday, Jan. 25 from 9am-4pm at the Indiana State Library – History Reference Room.

Who should attend?

This workshop is useful for people who are relatively new to the land development process as well as to those who are very experienced in one part of the process but want a better understanding of the big picture.

Participants in other ULI District Councils have included Mayors, City Councilors, Planning Commissioners, municipal staff, neighborhood leaders, and more.

They will be joined by trained volunteers from ULI’s membership which includes developers, designers, engineers, attorneys, financiers, planners, and other land use and real estate professionals. Learn More About Volunteer Training – Monday, Jan. 7.

Since the case study is hypothetical, you can be from anywhere across the state and still benefit from this workshop.

Participation is free but registration will be required.

Priority registration is open now through our sponsor, the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, to their constituents.

General registration coming soon!
