    Since 2007, the Central State neighborhood has seen more than $80 million in public, private, and non-profit investment including infrastructure, housing, retail, and maker space. At our Nov. 19 ULI On Location, representatives from Holladay Properties, People for Urban Progress (PUP), and M/I Homes will share information about the master development, connectivity plan, and current and future housing product in this mixed-use village. In addition, we’ll network and enjoy local beverages and appetizers while getting a head start on our holiday shopping at PUP!

    Plan to show up early for a self-guided tour of the area!
     
    4:30pm - 5:15 pm: Arrival, registration, refreshments, and networking
    5:15pm - 5:30pm: Remarks by Holladay Properties, People for Urban Progress, and M/I Homes
    5:30pm - 6:30 pm: Continued networking and browsing PUP products
