    Spencer Levy

    Global Client Strategist & Senior Economic Advisor, CBRE, Inc.

    Spencer Levy is the Global Client Strategist and Senior Economic Advisor for CBRE, the largest commercial real estate firm in the world. Spencer is part of our Global Client Care team, a group of professionals around the world who are responsible for account management and client experience programs for the company’s largest clients. In addition to his client-facing role, Spencer serves as a primary company spokesperson and is considered one of the most insightful commentators on issues of importance to commercial real estate. He is frequently quoted in major business publications and is the host of CBRE’s award-winning podcast The Weekly Take, the most heavily downloaded podcast in commercial real estate.

    Lou DeFalco

    Partner, PwC

    Lou is an asset management partner in PwC’s Trust Solutions practice based in Chicago. Lou has more than 22 years of experience serving financial services clients with an emphasis on both public and private commercial real estate companies and alternative investment products such as private equity funds and hedge funds. He has deep expertise in valuation of various asset classes including real estate, various types of portfolio companies, structured credit products and the like. Lou returned to Chicago in 2013 after working in PwC’s National Quality Organization for 2 years. In that role, he advised engagement teams in a number of technical areas including leasing, consolidation and various other related topics. He also closely monitored emerging accounting standards and has authored numerous thought leadership publications on the new leasing standard and revenue recognition standard. Lou is also actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where he currently serves as Vice Chair on the National Board of Trustees and serves as the Audit Committee Chair. In November 2019, Lou was also elected to the Reporting Standards Council for the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and he is currently serving his 2nd, 3 year term in that role. Lou received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. Lou is also a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Hannah Ott

    Vice Chairman, CBRE

    Hannah Ott is a Vice Chairman and co-leads the Indianapolis-based Multifamily team at CBRE. Hannah has more than 20 years of experience selling multifamily properties in with Midwest and has led or been involved in the sale of more than 400 multifamily properties / 92,000+ apartment units with a total consideration of almost $8 billion.

    Latha Ramchand

    IU Indianapolis Chancellor and IU Executive Vice President, IU Indianapolis

    Dr. Latha Ramchand was named inaugural chancellor of IU Indianapolis and executive vice president of Indiana University effective February 12, 2024. In addition to her executive leadership role, Chancellor Ramchand serves on the Indianapolis faculty of the Kelley School of Business as a professor of finance. Chancellor Ramchand joined the campus at a pivotal time in its history, bringing the energy and vision to launch IU Indianapolis as one of the nation’s premier urban research universities.

    Patrick Talty

    President, Indiana Sports Corp

    Patrick Talty is the seventh president of the Indiana Sports Corp since the nation’s first sports commission was founded in 1979. Indiana Sports Corp’s mission is to create positive impact by hosting world-class sporting events that enhance vibrancy in the community, build civic pride, drive economic impact and media exposure, and encourage opportunities for youth. Talty started his career in Indianapolis at the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome, traveled and worked all over the world, and is now back in the Circle City. Prior to being elected President, Talty served as the COO for Indiana Sports Corp, General Manager at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, and Senior Vice President of Live Events for WWE. Talty received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and did post-graduate work at Ball State University. He and his wife, Becky, live in Fishers.

    Vince Wong

    CEO and President, BioCrossroads

    Vince Wong brings significant valuable multi-national and start-up company experience to BioCrossroads. Vince, who became CEO on January 31, 2024, most recently was chief commercial officer at Geneoscopy, a venture-backed start-up company focused on developing gastrointestinal diagnostics. His responsibilities included business development, government affairs, market access, sales, marketing, and communications. He also helped raise over $100M in venture capital. Vince serves as a director on the board of Bionano Genomics (Nasdaq: BNGO) and Executive in Residence with IU Ventures. Prior to Geneoscopy, Vince enjoyed an 18-year career at Roche Diagnostics, where he held senior leadership roles in several functions across various disease areas. A native Hoosier, Vince has deep Indiana roots and served on the boards of numerous civic and arts organizations, including the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis, Dance Kaleidoscope, the Indy Chamber, Asian American Alliance, and the Indianapolis Museum of Art and was recognized as 40 Under Forty by the Indianapolis Business Journal. He earned a BA in economics and government from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
