    For our first ULI On Location of 2023, join us for a tour of Volumod and learn about its impact and associated development on the Far Eastside! Volumod works with local developers and constructs efficient and affordable multi- and single-family homes in a factory on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis using a volumetric modular process. Volumod's tradespeople—including many coming out of incarceration or addiction through a re-entry program—complete multiple processes simultaneously to greatly accelerate the timetable of construction.

     

    During this ULI On Location, we will:
    · Take small group tours of the Volumod factory
    · Learn about Volumod’s mission, including its impact on neighborhoods and the overall community, role in housing affordability, and re-entry program
    · Understand the financial and scheduling considerations of Volumod’s approach to development
    · Enjoy networking, drinks and snacks in the beautiful P30 coworking/community hub while learning about its mission and social impact
