Volunteer with ULI Indiana: Caulk of the Town

Join ULI Indiana members as we partner with NEAR for the return of Caulk of the Town—a one-day, resident-focused home weatherization event with roots going back to the 1980s. This year’s effort will support residents in the Rivoli Park neighborhood, helping prepare homes for the winter season.

Volunteers will work in teams to complete simple but impactful improvements such as caulking, weather-stripping, HVAC tune-ups, and yard clean-up. No prior experience is needed—tools, supplies, t-shirts, and lunch will all be provided. It’s a hands-on way to strengthen neighborhoods, reduce energy costs for families, and connect with fellow ULI members while making a visible difference in our community.

• Location: Rivoli Park Neighborhood (east of Rural, south of 10th St., west of Sherman Dr., north of Michigan St.)
• What’s included: Tools, supplies, lunch, and a volunteer t-shirt
• Who can join: Individual members and corporate teams—no experience required
