    Lori Miser

    Vice President, Facilities, Engineering and Construction, Pacers Sports & Entertainment

    Lori is the Vice President of Engineering and Construction with Pacers Sports and Entertainment (PS&E). In this role, Lori leads the team that oversees the construction, maintenance and renovations of the Pacers campus that includes Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the St Vincent Practice Facility and the PSE building. Lori has been with PS&E for 6 years. Prior to her current role, Lori was a two-time director of the Indianapolis Department of Public Works, appointed by Mayor Ballard in 2012 and Mayor Hogsett in 2016. During that time, she was responsible for a team of 650 employees and an annual budget of $140 million. Lori also previously served as the Executive Director of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization, the regional transportation planning entity for central Indiana. Lori is very active in the Indianapolis community and a board member for the Parks Alliance of Indianapolis. She has also served as a board member for the City Market and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail as well as serving on the Programming Committee for Keep Indianapolis Beautiful (KIB), the Public Art Advisory Committee for the Indianapolis Arts Council, the Host Committee for the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500 and the 500 Forward Committee for the 101st running of the Indy 500. She was also a member of the Super Bowl Host Committee where she co-chaired the Transportation and Parking Committee for the 2012 Super Bowl. Lori will be co-chair of the Transportation and Parking Committee for the 2024 NBA All-Star game that will be held at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lori is a native Hoosier, having grown up in Peru / Miami County where she was a 12-year performer in the Peru Amateur Circus. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington and worked in southern California and Madison, Wisconsin before settling in Indianapolis.

    Adam Stover

    Senior Principal, Senior Interior Designer, Populous

    Adam Stover serves as the Director of Populous’ Design-Build and Product Development teams and plays a pivotal role as a senior member of the firm’s interior design leadership. With over 20 years of experience and a deep knowledge of the industry, Adam has collaborated with the top brands and sports business organizations in reshaping the standard of interior and premium spaces within sports facilities. Over the past 20 years at Populous, Adam has guided a variety of design categories including hospitality and public space, brand and sponsorships activation, and furniture and product design, among others. Looked to as a trusted advisor in the sports business industry, Adam has led significant interior design projects for all six of the major professional sports markets. Adam is responsible for listening, collaborating, and guiding the entire design process from concept direction through completion. He has a passion for using all aspects of the design process from conceptual to technical to transform spaces for clients around the country. His collaborations with partners such as the Chicago Cubs, New York Yankees, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Indiana Pacers, and many others have received numerous honors, including the ALSD Spotlight Awards for Suite Design and Sponsorship Activation of the new Wrigley Field. Adam was also recently recognized for his efforts in the industry as a Culinary Influencer on the Sports Business Journal’s 2019 Power Players list and was an Interior Design magazine 2018 HiP Product Designer Honoree. A longtime advocate of design education and giving back, Adam resides on the interior architecture advisory board at Kansas State University where he obtained his B.S. in Interior Architecture. In addition, he collaborates with top universities, brands, and organizations as a juror and frequent speaker on design, and business topics.

    Mel Raines

    President and COO, Pacers Sports & Entertainment

    Mel Raines is in her ninth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment as President and COO as well as President of the 2024 NBA All-Star Local Organizing Committee. Raines is responsible for Corporate Communications, Community Engagement, Facility and Event Operations and Management, Human Resources, and IT in addition to the Fieldhouse of the Future construction project and all capital construction projects. Raines has more than 30 years of event operations, legislative, political, corporate, and public affairs experience. Prior to joining PS&E, she was chief of staff to Indiana Congresswoman Susan W. Brooks overseeing three offices as well as all legislative, constituent services and communications staff. Raines has worked in various roles on six Republican National Conventions including serving as the COO for the 2008 Republican National Convention and as a senior advisor for the 2012 and 2016 conventions overseeing all delegate, guest and media credentialing. As chief operating officer, Raines played a critical role in organizing, managing and producing the convention. The Associated Press called the convention “a model of efficiency and organization.” From 2009 to 2012, Raines was one of the principal architects of Indianapolis’ highly acclaimed 2012 Super Bowl. She was the vice president of government relations and event operations for the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee overseeing 14 planning committees. Earlier in her career, Raines served as Assistant to Vice President Dick Cheney for Political Affairs, directing all the Vice President’s political and domestic outreach activities. She also held several leadership positions at Altria Corporate Services, at the Republican National Committee, and began her career on Capitol Hill with U.S. Sen. Daniel Coats of Indiana. Raines, a South Bend, Ind. native and graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington, is on the board of directors of the Pacers Foundation, the Indianapolis Zoo, Visit Indy, the Economic Club of Indiana, and the Indy Championship Fund. In 2020, she was named an Indianapolis Business Journal Woman of Influence and in 2021 she was selected as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer. She currently resides in Indianapolis.

    Melody Park

    Vice President and Owner’s Representative, Pacers Sports & Entertainment

    Melody brings experience as the former Director of Sustainability and Chief Engineer for the City of Indianapolis. As the Owner’s Representative of Pacers Sports and Entertainment, Melody holds over 25 years of experience in project management, city procurement, engineering, and large-scale construction projects. Before joining PSE, Melody served as Vice President/Principal at RW Armstrong, where she managed large-scale projects, including the Indianapolis Cultural Trail construction. She was responsible for supervising the schedule, budget, public outreach, design specifications, and land acquisition for the project. Melody is currently overseeing $360 million in renovations to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
