Plan to join ULI Indiana on Aug. 19 to experience Proscenium, a new $60-million, mixed-use development located on a seven-acre site in downtown Carmel. Proscenium features apartments and condominiums; office, retail and restaurant space; a pedestrian promenade and a central green.
The event will include remarks by Anthony Birkla, Owner of Birkla Investment Group, and tours by Birkla and Tim Hill, Director of Design & Development at Novo Development Group. We’ll explore both finished and unfinished spaces including apartments, condos, office, a future amenity center, and future restaurant space. Light appetizers plus beer, wine and soft drinks will be available.

Note: The location has been changed to 20 W. Carmel Drive. Parking is available on the surface lot outside or in the below-ground parking garage. Access the garage is from Executive Drive, park in the blue section, and take the elevator up to the lobby of 20 W. Carmel Drive.
