    Chad Halstead

    Katz Sapper & Miller

    Chad Halstead is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Tax Services Group. With a strong background in analytical research and technical review of federal tax issues, Chad identifies innovative solutions to minimize taxes for his clients. He regularly guides clients through the development and implementation of tax structures from which government incentives can be received on a tax-free or tax-deferred basis. This experience spans the country, providing Chad unique insight into the nuances of dealing with local economic development entities and their advisors. He is a frequent speaker and author on this issue. Chad graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Indiana University, and he received his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

    Partner, Real Estate Services Group, Katz Sapper & Miller

    Josh Malarsky is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Real Estate Services Group. Josh provides accounting and tax services for businesses in a variety of industries, with a specialization in the real estate field. He advises clients on complex real estate transactions ranging from buy-sell agreements to tax credit projects, REIT structure and compliance, and more. Josh received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
