Why does benchmarking matter to real estate, and how can it lead to higher performing buildings and bottom lines? We’ll explore this topic during our first Online Breakfast Series of 2021. Local and national real estate sustainability leaders will share their perspectives on benchmarking programs and ordinances and the opportunities they provide to improve energy use, lower costs, and make your assets more competitive in a changing market. In addition, the City of Indianapolis’ Office of Sustainability will share an update on the city’s benchmarking ordinance.
