Jennifer Milliken, who has served as ULI Indiana’s executive director for nearly 10 years, has accepted a position as Director of Economic Research and Projects for the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Real Estate Economics and Capital Markets!
Among other industry reports, the Center produces the ULI/PwC economic forecast, Emerging Trends in Real Estate®.
While Jennifer’s new position is with ULI’s headquarters, she will continue to live in Indianapolis and work remotely.
“I am honored and humbled that ULI Indiana has allowed me to lead the District Council for the past almost 10 years,” Jennifer said. “It has been such a learning experience, and I will be taking many of the skills I’ve developed into this new role as I seek to promote and expand the department’s work. I will remain a member of ULI Indiana and see you from time to time at local and national events.”
“Whether creating innovative programs, securing grants that help us pursue the ULI mission, or growing our membership from about 150 to more than 300, Jennifer’s leadership has elevated our district council and provided value to our members and Indiana communities in countless ways,” said Trinity Hart, ULI Indiana district council chair and Chief Development Officer, Storie Co. “We appreciate her leadership and wish her all the best in this new chapter.”
ULI Indiana is forming a local search committee and working with ULI’s HR department in Washington D.C. to fill the director position. Until the position is filled, district council correspondence should be directed to [email protected].
We congratulate Jennifer and thank her for her years of service to our district council!
