ULI Indiana announces 2021 graduates of Real Estate Diversity Initiative
Twenty-five scholars have graduated from the ULI Indiana 2021 Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program.

Our partners at ULI’s Building Healthy Places Initiative have produced a flier with infographics describing the benefits of proposed Indy Rezone amendments. The amendments are expected to be heard by the Indianapolis City-County Council in August 2021.
Among other goals, the amendments will encourage more equitable development patterns, which is reinforced by Indianapolis’ Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) Fund. Learn more about the fund at a webinar event on June 24, 2021. Missed it? Contact [email protected] for a recording.
The Urban Land Institute and ULI Indiana have been supporting this work as part of Indianapolis’ participation the American Cities Climate Challenge, a Bloomberg Philanthropies program designed to accelerate efforts to tackle climate change and promote a sustainable future for residents of 25 cities.
