Brandon is a Development Associate at Onyx+East, a semi-custom urban real estate developer in downtown Indianapolis. Prior to joining the real estate development industry, Brandon spent six years in public and private sector urban planning positions with the City of Fishers, Town of Avon, and American Structurepoint. Because of this prior experience, Brandon has a well-rounded knowledge of the planning, entitlement, and design process that he can apply as a developer. His experience and skills with project management, design, and public outreach make him a valuable member to the Onyx+East team. Brandon lives in Downtown Indianapolis and spends most of his free time trying new restaurants or traveling.

Third Street Ventures
Antone drives Third Street Ventures’ strategic direction, directs major projects and acquisitions, and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, investors, and lenders. A licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Indiana, Antone graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a BSPA from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs as well as a Business Foundations Certificate from the Kelley School of Business. In 2017, TSV received top Monumental Awards for Innovative Reuse and Real Estate Development for the Tinker House development.
Michael Taft
Development Analyst
TWG Development, LLC
Michael is a Development Analyst at TWG Development, primarily coordinating the feasibility analysis, design, and entitlement of urban rehabilitation and infill developments. His past projects include the Ford Assembly Plant, the Lessonly Headquarters renovation, and The Wesmont workforce housing just south of Tinker House. His hobbies include local history, urban economics, and exploring vacant buildings. Michael graduated from Covenant College in Chattanooga, TN in 2018 with majors in economics and history. He is currently completing a master’s in Real Estate Development at the University of Indianapolis.
