Beau Ansty
President
Stenz Corporation
Beau Ansty is President of Stenz Corporation, an Indianapolis-based builder and developer specializing in urban infill, historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects. Beau received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and a BS in Finance from Indiana University. A licensed Indiana real estate broker, Beau has multiple professional and civic affiliations. He’s a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Indiana; board member and housing committee chair, John Boner Neighborhood Center; former board member and treasurer, Woodruff Place Civic League; and a member of the Rivoli Theater Reuse Strategy Team.
Marsh Davis

Indiana Landmarks
Marsh Davis is President of Indiana Landmarks, the nation’s largest statewide preservation organization, with a membership exceeding 6,000 and a network of field offices throughout Indiana. Davis holds a BA in history from Butler University and an MS in historic preservation from Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning. Prior to being named president of Indiana Landmarks, he served as Executive Director of the Galveston Historical Foundation, one of America’s largest and oldest historic preservation organizations, a position he held until 2006.
Meg Purnsley

Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission
As the IHPC Administrator, Meg leads the operations of the division of Historic Preservation within the Department of Metropolitan Development while providing leadership and support to the IHPC’s 9-member Commission. Meg assumed the position of Administrator in 2018 but has served on the IHPC staff in various roles for almost 19 years. Meg received a Master of Fine Arts degree in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from SIU-Carbondale.
Eric Seal

Core Redevelopment
Eric Seal has been a partner at Core Redevelopment since 2013. Prior to joining Core, Eric worked outside real estate as an M&A attorney and investment banker in the New York metro area. Eric holds a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., and a BS in Finance from Indiana University / Bloomington.
