Forty Under 40 Promote Ideas to Combat “Brain Drain”

This week the Indianapolis Business Journal named their 2013 Class of “Forty Under Forty.”  The forty were asked many thought-provoking questions in a series of video interviews.  One resonates in particular with ULI’s mission: How should we keep college grads and young professionals engaged in Central Indiana?  Or in other words, how do we combat “brain drain”?  Check out their ideas in this video link:
