Mentor Matching Programs

For 2019 ULI Indiana will offer two different ways for you to connect with fellow members in an informal, one-on-one format.

Register for the mentor matching programs here.

Young Leader’s Group (YLG) Mentor Matching Program

Since 2013 the Young Leaders Group has facilitated matches between Young Leader members and “Seasoned Pros.” As of 2018 we have 90 members participating in this matching program.

  • Interested members enter their names and contact info and some basic preferences.
  • Since our Young Leaders have a broad range of experience, they may choose to be enter as a “Young Leader” (mentee) OR a “Seasoned Pro” (mentor).
  • We will match Young Leaders with Seasoned Pros three times per year.
  • The Young Leader contacts the Seasoned Pro and arranges to meet for coffee, drinks or lunch.
  • There are no further obligations!

Benefits for Seasoned Pros (Mentors):

  • Meet new talent – they might become a future employee or deal partner!
  • Share advice about your experience in our market, your professional journey, and navigating ULI.
  •  Get to know the people on the other side of the deal – in a casual, friendly setting.

Benefits for Young Leaders (Mentees):

  • Gain advice to guide your professional journey, understand our market, and navigate ULI.
  • Get to know the people on the other side of the deal – in a casual, friendly setting.
  • Meet potential future employers or deal partners.
