Up to 30 scholars will gain access to:

• ULI Learning’s Real Estate 101 Certificate program (value $1,340)
• Local panels that introduce them to the top professionals working in the field, bring the material to life, and explain its relevance to development in Indiana
• A ULI textbook for short-and long-term reference
• A network of colleagues from the 2022 cohort and previous cohorts

Upon successfully completing the course, scholars will also receive a one-year membership in ULI.
