Focus: Dedicated to advancing multifamily development, LPC members will discuss industry trends, lessons learned, project innovations, and key challenges shaping the future of multifamily real estate.

Membership: Qualified members include Vice President level and above from leading firms.

In-Depth Project Reviews: Members share key projects, insights, and outcomes.

Newly Built Project Tours: Site visits to gain firsthand insight into leading-edge developments.

Frequency & Format: Quarterly half–day in–person meetings, starting late Spring 2026 – early Spring 2027.

Confidentiality: All council discussions are confidential, providing a secure space for open sharing among industry peers.
