An accomplished leader with business development and management expertise, Jennifer has more than 22 years of experience in the employee benefits consulting industry.
“I’m honored to serve as the Director of ULI Indiana and support ULI’s mission to ‘shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide,’” Jennifer said. “Although I come to ULI from a completely different industry, I believe that my career path has led me exactly where I am supposed to be today. On a personal level, I’ll take great pride showing my daughters how we can all work together to create positive and impactful change within our communities.”
Jennifer’s breadth of volunteer leadership experience will enhance her role at ULI Indiana. She is a past president of ISAHU (the Indiana chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the premier trade association representing the health insurance industry). Born and raised in Indianapolis, Jennifer has always been an active member of the community, whether it’s serving on the Parent Faculty Organization board at her daughters’ school, leading a Girl Scout troop, or serving on a childhood cancer organization’s fundraising committee. She has a bachelor of science in marketing with a psychology minor from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
“Jennifer is a self-motivated, strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills,” said Trinity Hart, ULI Indiana district council chair and Chief Development Officer, Storie Co. “We look forward to Jennifer’s unique perspectives and her contributions and how they will benefit ULI members, sponsors, and the real estate and land use space in our Indiana community.”
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling, and she loves live music and theatre. (If you start singing a show tune, she will most likely join in!). Jennifer’s husband, Craig, owns a home inspection business, and her daughters, Ellie and Evelyn, are in 7th and 5th grade.
