How does the Indianapolis housing market fare when it comes to providing a range of housing choices to the regional workforce? At our Sept. 16 Breakfast Series, we’ll learn about the ULI Terwilliger Center’s Home Attainability Index, a resource that helps practitioners set a data-informed foundation for regional discussions of housing needs and solutions.

To understand the index and what it says about Indianapolis, we’ll gain insights from Michael Spotts (author of the index) and a local response panel. In addition to serving as a Senior Visiting Research Fellow for the Urban Land Institute Terwilliger Center for Housing in Washington, D.C., Michael is founder and president of Neighborhood Fundamentals, LLC.

Thank you to 2021 Online Breakfast Series Sponsors: Browning Day, Browning Investments, Dentons Bingham Greenebaum, and Terzo & Bologna
