If you are a ULI member under age 35, you are a ULI Young Leader.

2019 Program of Work
In 2019 the ULI Indiana Young Leader’s Group (YLG) held a variety of activities that encompass the main facets of ULI: connecting, learning and giving back.
Connecting
- Quarterly Mentor Matching Program open to ULI members only.
- Quarterly Happy Hours open to members and non-members alike, with the intention to increase the networking value for members and the number of other young professionals learning about ULI.
- Quarterly steering committee meeting to facilitate planning and build stronger connections among the members.
Learning
- Educational “Peer2Peer” workshops conducted for Young Leaders by Young Leaders.
Giving Back
- Volunteer days in support of causes that relate the ULI mission of “thriving communities.”
