December 1, 11am-12:30pm | Emerging Trends in Real Estate
The event will kick off with an Emerging Trends in Real Estate keynote presented by Andy Warren, Director Real Estate Research, PwC, followed by a Regional Response Panel with speakers from each district council (Tadd Miller, Co-founder & CEO, Milhaus, will represent Indiana). To wrap up, attendees will join breakout rooms to hear local thought leaders connect emerging trends to issues in their communities. ULI Indiana’s panel will be moderated by Katie Culp, President, KSM Location Advisors.
December 8, 12-1:30pm | Moderated Capital Markets + Recovery

Indiana will be represented by Leonard Hoops, President & CEO, Visit Indy.
