ULI Indiana Technical Assistance Panel visits Indianapolis’ Far Eastside
On July 23-24, a Technical Assistance Panel visited the Far Eastside neighborhood in Indianapolis.
During our Aug. 27 ULI On Location, ULI Indiana members and industry professionals will take an inaugural ride of the Red Line on IndyGo’s new Bus Rapid Transit System and hear remarks from the following tour guides:

Administrator for Long-Range City Planning
Department of Metropolitan Development, City of Indianapolis
Brad is an award-winning certified urban planner who serves as the Administrator for Long-Range City Planning for the Department of Metropolitan Development at the City of Indianapolis, where he is responsible for leading the long-range planning functions of the City-County. He holds graduate degrees in urban planning and natural resources from Ball State University and Oregon State University, is a father to two young boys, and lives in Irvington.
Bryan Luellen
Vice President of Public Affairs
IndyGo
An Indianapolis native, Bryan became involved with public transportation first as a rider then as an advocate. Through the public input process, he was exposed to key staff at IndyGo, which translated to an opportunity to interview for a position. In fall of 2009, he began working in IndyGo’s marketing department. For the last 8 years, Bryan has worked to improve the public’s access to information and the decision-making process. He holds a BA in English from Indiana University. In his free time, Bryan enjoys traveling and running.
