The Indiana district council of the Urban Land Institute is accepting applications for its Diversity Initiative, a 15-week curriculum that will prepare participants for real estate development opportunities in Indiana.

The curriculum includes knowledge and skills-based educational sessions as well as experience-based learning through a team case study project on a local site, including a development plan, pro-forma and marketing plan.

Scholar applications are due Dec. 6.

ULI Indiana is also still accepting session sponsors, instructors, advisors, and additional steering committee members to support the program, which begins in February of 2020.

The program is funded in part by a real estate diversity initiative grant from ULI and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. ULI Indiana was one of four district councils awarded a grant this year.
